These limits are not incidental — they are deliberate and important. They protect both the integrity of our work and the interests of people considering participation in the projects we serve.
We do not assess financial viability. Zolnixe does not evaluate whether a project is a sound investment, whether projected returns are realistic, or whether a developer has the capacity to deliver. These judgements require regulated financial expertise that is outside our scope.
We do not raise funds. We are not a crowdfunding platform, we do not process investments, and we do not act as intermediaries between developers and participants. Fund collection is the domain of licensed platforms and regulated entities.
We do not endorse projects. Our involvement in a project's communication does not constitute a recommendation or endorsement of that project. We communicate on behalf of developers, but our editorial independence means we do not validate their claims.
